夏天到了，您擔心在龍洞攀岩時，露出您的三層肉嗎？好消息，菜場阿桑們為了造福大家，舉辦第一屆菜場盃減重比賽，可減重又拿大獎！（要逆向增重者，亦非常歡迎！）

報告時間和地點：2011/4/15 外科抱石場，將討論細項規則。
比賽時間：4/15-6/15
獎金領取日：八月初慶功宴

初步規則如下：
報名費五百元，4/15下班後到外科集合統一量測體重，到6/15前完成目標者，先跟里長約時間量體重，從6/15到7/30之間不可復胖，需間隔一星期以上量測2次，也可自行拍照存證，8月初開慶功宴授獎，受獎者取前三名，不但可拿回報名費，還可以用其他人的報名費免費吃大餐。

6/15-7/30需要維持住體重，這期間需量測兩次體重，兩次體重中間要間隔一星期，可拍照存證寄給里長，減重最重要的就是不可復胖，相對的要增肥的人也不可復瘦喔！

慶功宴那天大家在一起量一下成果展，要是前三名者有人復胖馬上會被刷下來讓第4名取代喔！很嚴格吧？

這部短片是 BigUp拍的，它就是拍很多瞎馬片的那家公司。這部片是希望讓大家體會室內人工岩場的能量和魅力，看到室內岩場的熱力和美麗。（又有理由窩在石牌不去龍洞了，姐妹們！）

這座岩場 Central Rock 位於麻州 (就是麻省理工學院和哈佛大學在的那一州)，2009 五月成立，有很長岩面和岩拱可供先鋒，長度可達 80呎約27 公尺，為麻州最大的室內岩場之一。

[翻譯] Chris Sharma 炫目的攀岩生涯開始於14歲時贏得全國的抱石賽冠軍，一年之後，他完成了當時美國最困難的路線 5.14c。接著的十年間，他將攀岩提昇到一個新的層次。最近剛被票選為 8a 十年來最佳攀岩者的他，不斷動搖所謂難度的概念。他已完成好幾條5.15，抱石達V15，onsight 5.14b，並完成高難度的深水獨攀。他完攀了位於加州的 Jumbo Love ，那是美國也可能是全世界最困難的路線。今年 Chris Sharma 手邊有不少事正在進行，在西班牙有了新房子，建立了好幾條515，每天和女友 Daila Ojeda 攀岩。他的住處附近被視為攀岩的熱門地點，有超過70條的漂亮裂隙和石灰岩洞穴，似乎有無限的可能性。看來他有不少時間去精熟他的西班牙口音...

AscenDance Project 是在 2006 年一月由德國出生的表演藝術家和登山者 Isabel von Rittberg 所創立。她的表演探索並結合攀岩和舞蹈美學，將表演置於直立的岩板舞台上。岩板寬 24 英呎，高12 英呎 (約 3.6 公尺)，全程表演不用繩子，強調舞者透過優雅舞姿和身體肌力克服重力。
